1. Who we are and what we sell
Lemmi Trade Corp ("Lemmi Trade Corp", "we", "us" or "our") operates a digital retail studio. We design, package and sell downloadable digital products, including but not limited to e-books and guides, printable planners and worksheets, digital design assets and graphics, and curated bundles of the foregoing. All products are intangible files. Nothing we sell is a physical good, and nothing we sell is shipped, posted or couriered.
Because every product is delivered as an electronic file, the moment of delivery is the moment the file is made available to you for download or the moment a download link is issued to the email address associated with your order, whichever occurs first. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for maintaining a device and internet connection capable of receiving and opening the files you purchase.
2. Eligibility and accounts
To place an order you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is true, current and complete, and that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.
If the site offers optional customer accounts, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close an account that is used in a way that breaches these Terms, that harms other customers, or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.
3. Orders, pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and, unless expressly stated otherwise, are exclusive of any taxes, duties or levies that may apply in your location. Where such charges are required by law, they will be calculated and shown before you confirm payment. We take reasonable care to ensure that prices and product descriptions are accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or description error affecting an order you have placed, we will contact you before dispatching a download link and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling the order for a full refund.
Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems. Your order constitutes an offer to buy; the contract between you and Lemmi Trade Corp is formed only when we confirm the order and make the product available for download. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where stock listings, promotions or coupons have been applied in error or in bad faith.
4. Delivery of digital products
Delivery is electronic and, in ordinary circumstances, immediate. After a successful payment you will be presented with a download link on the confirmation screen and, in most cases, a copy of that link by email. Download links may be time-limited or limited in the number of permitted downloads for security reasons. If a link expires or fails through no fault of your own, contact the studio using the details at the foot of this page and we will reissue access.
It is your responsibility to download and store your files promptly and to keep your own backup copies. We are not obliged to retain purchased files indefinitely and we are not liable for loss of files once they have been successfully delivered to you.
5. Licence and permitted use
Unless a specific product page states otherwise, every product you buy is provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own personal or single-business use. Detailed licence terms, including what you may and may not do with design assets and templates, are set out in our Digital License Agreement, which forms part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a product-specific licence and these Terms, the more specific licence prevails for that product.
You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, share, or make publicly available any file or any substantial part of a file, whether free of charge or for payment, except to the limited extent expressly permitted by the applicable licence.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the products themselves, the copy, illustrations, one-line artwork, typography choices, layout, and the overall look and feel of the studio — is owned by Lemmi Trade Corp or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Buying a product grants you the licence described above; it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
7. Acceptable use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site. In particular, you agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems, not to introduce malicious code, not to scrape or harvest content or customer data, not to interfere with the proper working of the site, and not to use the site for any unlawful, deceptive or infringing purpose. We may restrict or withdraw access to anyone who breaches this clause.
8. Refunds and cancellations
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, statutory cancellation rights that apply to physical goods generally do not apply once a download has begun. Our full approach to refunds, including the limited circumstances in which we will provide one, is set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Availability and changes to the studio
We aim to keep the site available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, suspend or remove products, features or content at any time, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access. We are not liable for any loss arising from the site being unavailable for any period.
10. Disclaimers
Our products are educational and creative tools. They are provided "as is" and "as available". While we take great care in producing them, we do not warrant that any product will meet your specific requirements, achieve any particular result, or be free of every imperfection. Guidance contained in e-books, guides and templates is general in nature and is not professional, legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice. You use it at your own discretion and remain responsible for your own decisions.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lemmi Trade Corp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or any product. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lemmi Trade Corp against any claims, damages, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with your use of the site.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, our operations, or the law. The version in force is always the one published on this page, and the effective date is shown at the top. Your continued use of the site after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws applicable at the registered place of business of Lemmi Trade Corp, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your own country of residence.
