1. The nature of what you buy
Our catalogue is made up of downloadable templates, e-books and guides, printable planners and worksheets, digital design assets and graphics, and bundles that group several of these together. There is no physical shipping. Once a file has been delivered and the download has begun, the product has, in practice, been received in full and cannot be handed back.
For that reason, all sales are treated as final once a download has started, except in the specific circumstances described below. We ask you to read a product's description, format notes and any preview carefully before buying, so that you know what you are getting.
2. Your right to cancel before download
If you have placed an order but have not yet begun downloading the file or files, you may ask us to cancel it for a full refund. Contact the orders desk with your order reference as soon as possible. Once the download link has been used and the transfer has started, this pre-download cancellation right no longer applies.
Where consumer law in your country gives you a statutory withdrawal right for digital content, please note that by starting a download you are generally asking us to begin supply immediately and are acknowledging that your withdrawal right ends once supply has begun. We make this clear at checkout so the choice is yours.
3. When we will issue a refund
We will provide a refund, replacement or store credit — whichever suits the situation best — in the following cases: the file is faulty, corrupted or will not open despite you using the stated software and following any included instructions; the product is materially not as described on its listing; you were charged more than once for the same order in error; or you were charged for an order that was never delivered to you at all.
In each of these cases our first step is usually to make it right — by reissuing a clean file, sending a corrected version, or resolving the delivery — because most problems are quick to fix. If we cannot resolve the issue, a refund follows.
4. When a refund is not available
We are not able to offer a refund simply because a download has been completed and you have changed your mind, because you bought the wrong item by mistake and it has already been downloaded, because you do not have the software needed to open a clearly stated file format, or because your own device, printer or account settings produced a result you did not expect. We also cannot refund a product because you found the same or a similar idea elsewhere for a different price.
Bundles are sold as a single discounted package. We do not refund individual items out of a bundle that has been downloaded, since the discount depends on the collection being taken as a whole.
5. Faulty or corrupted files
If a file will not open, appears damaged, or is missing pages or assets that the listing promised, tell us within a reasonable time of your purchase and describe the problem, the software you used and, if you can, a screenshot. We will check the master file, and if there is a genuine fault we will send you a corrected or freshly exported copy at no charge. Only if we are unable to deliver a working file will we move to a refund.
6. Re-issuing a lost download
Download links can expire or a file can be misplaced. If that happens, contact the orders desk with your order reference and we will re-issue access to the product you paid for. There is no charge for re-issuing a file you have already bought, subject to reasonable checks to confirm the request is genuine.
7. How to request a refund or fix
Send a note to the orders desk, or use the form at the foot of this page, and include your order reference, the name of the product, the date of purchase and a short description of the problem. The more detail you give, the faster we can help. We review requests in the order we receive them and aim to reply promptly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
8. Pricing, currency and taxes
Prices are shown in United States dollars and reflect the value of digital goods that can be downloaded and used immediately. As a guide, single templates and printables start from about five dollars, e-books and guides from about fifteen dollars, design asset packs from about twenty-five dollars, and premium bundles from about forty-nine dollars. Where a tax applies to your purchase, it is calculated at checkout. A refund, where granted, returns the amount you actually paid.
9. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — most issues are resolved far more quickly and pleasantly that way than through a formal dispute. Raising a chargeback with your bank before contacting us can delay a resolution and may lead to the affected downloads being suspended while the dispute is investigated. We keep clear records of delivery for every order so that genuine mistakes can be sorted out fairly on both sides.
10. Promotional and free items
Items given away at no cost, or received as part of a promotion, carry no monetary value and are not eligible for a cash refund. If a free item is faulty we will gladly re-issue a working copy where we can.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The version published here, with the effective date shown at the top, is always the one that applies. The terms in force at the moment of your purchase are the terms that govern that purchase.
