1. The information we collect

2. What we do not collect
We do not store complete payment card numbers on our own systems; card data is handled by our payment processor under its own security standards. We do not sell your personal information. We do not knowingly collect information from children below the age at which consent is required in their jurisdiction.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to process and deliver your orders, to issue and reissue download links, to provide customer support, to send order confirmations and important service notices, to detect and prevent fraud and misuse, to comply with our legal and tax obligations, and to improve the products and the studio experience. Where you have opted in, we may also use your email address to send occasional news about new collections; you can withdraw that consent at any time.
4. The legal bases we rely on
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on the following: performance of our contract with you, to deliver the products you buy; our legitimate interests, to secure and improve the studio and prevent fraud; your consent, for optional marketing and certain cookies; and compliance with legal obligations, such as keeping records for tax purposes. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that has already taken place.

If our business is ever reorganised or transferred, customer data may pass to a successor under the same protections.
7. International transfers
The providers we use may process data in countries other than your own. Where personal information is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected by appropriate safeguards recognised under applicable data protection law.
8. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose we collected it, or for as long as required by law. Order and transaction records are typically retained for the period required by tax and accounting rules. Support correspondence is kept while it may be useful to resolve or reopen a matter. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
9. How we protect information
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reliance on reputable providers with their own security programmes. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect the information entrusted to us and to limit who inside the studio can access it.

11. Marketing choices
If you have opted in to studio news, every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and you may also ask us to stop by contacting the studio directly. Withdrawing from marketing does not affect the service messages we must send to fulfil your orders, such as receipts and download links.

The studio may occasionally reference third-party resources. This Privacy Policy applies only to Lemmi Trade Corp. Where you interact with a third party, that party's own privacy practices apply, and we encourage you to review them.
13. Changes to this policy

Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate. Your continued use of the studio after an update means you accept the revised policy.
